IRC is the best and the number one motorcycle’s tire in Indonesia, produced by PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk. On July 25th, IRC won the Top Brand Award 2013 that conducted by the Frontier Consulting Group and the Marketing Magazine. The awarding night of the Top Brand Award 2013 was held in Hotel Mulia – Jakarta. This award prove that IRC still the best product for Motorcycle’s tire category.
The Top Brand Award is the highest recognition that given by the Frontier Consulting Group and the Marketing Magazine for brand that managed to sustained its market share, mind share, and commitment share throughout the year. The award is based on the result of national research that been conducted by the Frontier Consulting Group. This research involved 5.200 respondents from 8 big cities in Indonesia: Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Medan, Makasar, Pekanbaru, and Balikpapan. The data collection methodology use in the research was among other, the face to face interview and questioner.
This is the 8th times for IRC to receive the awards. “IRC has been winning this Top Brand Awards since 2006. It means that we managed, not only to continue our effort in developing the brand, but also to sustain the trust and confidence of Indonesia consumer for buying and using IRC. In this occasion, we would like to thank our Indonesia consumer for giving their trust and support to this remarkable brand.” said Dewi Puspita as the Assistant Brand Manager IRC.
For almost 40 years, IRC has been the OEM tire for several motorcycle manufacturers in Indonesia, such as Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Minerva-Sachs, Viar and TVS.
A lot of innovation had been done endlessly by the R&D research team of PT. Gajah Tunggal, Tbk to produce the high quality and high technology tire. In 2013, IRC had release several new patterns which are more stylish, modern, trendy, and high technology, such as: Whizz, Wildflare, Exato, and Reborn. Just as the IRC’s campaign for this year, the Spirit Of The New Generation, IRC has prove itself as an innovative product that always put forward quality and safety for all consumer in Indonesia.
